Nako Matsuda is a coordinator and cultural guide specializing in support for distinguished clients. She spent a year in Texas as a high school exchange student and, during her university studies, worked as ground staff for All Nippon Airways. Upon graduation, she joined the Cultural Projects Department at the Asahi Shimbun’s Osaka office as a contract staff member. From 2010 to 2014, she resided in Greenwich, Connecticut, accompanying her family’s overseas assignment, during which she actively promoted Japanese culture and introduced Japanese artists to local audiences. Since returning to Japan, she has continued her work as a coordinator and guide, traveling regularly between New York and Kyoto to facilitate cross-cultural engagement. She is currently based in Ashiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
